Function

The Software Support and Training Intern serves to assist the Software Support Team and Software Implementation Team in various aspects of business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gaining an excellent working knowledge of our medical software products' functionalities in order to resolve clients' questions regarding the software.  
  • Politely and competently communicates with clients in-person, over the telephone, and via e-mail in order to resolve their questions or concerns with our software/services.
  • Assists Software Training and Support staff in training new and established clients on software functionalities, both in-person, over the phone, and on the web.  
  • Duties will also include administrative tasks such as account setup, creating forms and templates, data entry, etc.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude and experience in customer service/client relations skills and a friendly disposition
  • Excellent computer and internet skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and web-based applications
  • Ability to remain HIPAA compliant and maintain confidentiality
