We are seeking smart, motivated Full Time Sales Leader to work within our growing team in our Atlanta Georgia office.  In support of our growth efforts, the Sales Team needs the skills and expertise of an experienced Sales Executive to lead sales efforts focusing on this market. Buyers today are astute, discerning, and desperately seeking answers to their gaps, and they’re seeking answers beyond the status quo.  We have an innovative solution that uniquely addresses these needs and positions Azalea with winning proposition for rural hospitals; and are seeking a leader to drive success in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Influence and lead the inpatient sales strategy
  • Support the field sales teams in market
  • Develop relationships with executives and board members of hospital systems and leverage them to close the sale
  • Manage the sales process and the pursuit team
  • Enforce and improve use of or other CRM
  • Represent market needs to the Company and influence feature function road map
  • Drive creative solutions to meet quota


  • 5 plus years selling into the healthcare space with a minimum of 3 years inpatient experience
  • 5 years sales management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership/management skills
  • Communication, persuasion and complex selling skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • EHR/EMR and related billing expertise
  • Familiarity with SaaS based solutions and related value to buyers
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required
